A dizzying ride, as though buckled precariously to the tail of an eldritch comet. I felt a sense of temporal whirling, vidsonic shrapnel…ghostings from another age!

The children and fashions were recognized, but the setting was new. I felt a sort of pleasant inverted nostalgia. Ghostings from another age, indeed!
Each generation thinks it is righting the wrongs of their fore bearers only to be blindsided by the unexpected consequences of their own making. Perhaps the mindchildren will not face such distinctly human failings. Or perhaps bush robots will simply cover the surface of the planet like Kudzu making all such distractions unnecessary.
